Not Buying a Part, but Fixing the Problem

I am Patrick, the co-founder of Street Diesel Power.  Many of you will know me from my time at ATS Diesel Performance.  I spent 4 ½ years working with truck owners, dealers and distributors.

Being in the industry, I was able to get a “behind-the-scenes” view of the people, products and dynamics of the diesel industry.  I was lucky enough to travel to events – like Scheid Diesel Xtravaganza and East Coast Diesel Nationals.  I got to know amazing shop owners from coast to coast, manufacturers and others on the cutting edge of this industry. 

Street Diesel Power was founded on bringing this experience to your vehicle.  Knowing which modifications work well, how they are installed, sourcing them from the quickest shipping warehouses, offering technical advice and making sure your expectations are exceeded. 

When my business partner and I sat down to organize Street Diesel Power, we asked ourselves, “What does this industry need?”  When we were finished, it was simple – putting the focus back on the customer.  Keeping you updated on the status of your orders.  Setting the expectation when custom parts will ship.  Sending you tracking information promptly.  Being available for calls, text messages or emails at 10 PM on a Saturday.  Telling you exactly how a product will perform, how it will mesh with your truck’s use and providing value and reassurance in your purchasing decision.  And most of all, sometimes not selling you a part at all - but helping diagnose an easily fixed issue.  

Customer service.  It’s often used as a tag line, but we felt Street Diesel Power could bring the meaning of it back to the diesel world.  Even if it means not selling you a part - because you don't need it.
