The Fleece FPE-674-13-2G-63 2nd Gen Swap Kit With S463 Turbo is engineered to maximize the performance and reliability of your 2013-2016 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins. This kit from Fleece Performance Engineering is referred as a “2nd Gen Swap” due to the turbo relocating from the back of the manifold to the same location as the 2nd Generation Dodge (1998.5-2002) turbo location. In other words, the swap kit locates the turbo in the center of the manifold with the outlet flange angled down. The major benefit for 2003+ Common Rail Cummins trucks is the use of a divided manifold. Capitalizing on the individual cylinder impulses in a divided manifold greatly increases spool up and driving characteristics with a properly matched turbo. Exhaust manifold sold separately.
Bigger is not always better! Whether you want to get rid of your problem plagued VGT or VNT turbo, on your 6.7 Cummins or you’re just after that classic "diesel sound" the S463 is a great place to start for any sub 700 RWHP application. With a smaller compressor and turbine package, matched with the .90 turbine housing, our S463 offers great spool up and driving characteristics, without sacrificing reliability. The robust S400 chassis has all the big features it needs for long term reliable power delivery.
This is Fleece Performance's "Go To" turbo for any 6.7 Common Rail Cummins, with mild fueling upgrades that still needs to work for a living. Well rounded for day to day commuter driving, and better suited for heavier towing applications than some of the larger alternatives. Exhaust manifold not included.
